Hawaiʻi Island police are searching for a 55-year-old Hilo man who was reported missing.

Ephraim Bergau was last seen in Hilo on Monday morning (March 14). He has medical conditions that require medication.

He is described as 5-foot-7, 200 pounds with brown eyes, a beard and balding salt-and-pepper hair. He was last seen in a black wheelchair wearing a black shirt and gray surf shorts.

Police ask anyone with information on his whereabouts to call the Police Department’s non-emergency line at 935-3311.
