Hawaiʻi Island police are renewing their request for the public’s help in locating a pair of Everlast boxing gloves that have the signatures of numerous boxers and referees who participated in the 1984 Olympic Games. The gloves were removed from a home in Hawaiian Beaches, possibly in mid-January.

Police ask anyone with any information about this case to call the Police Department’s non-emergency line at 935-3311 or contact Detective John Rodrigues at 961-8222 or john.rodrigues@hawaiicounty.gov, or Detective Royce Serrao at 961-2272 or royce.serrao@hawaiicounty.gov.
