Media Release (update)

An autopsy conducted Tuesday (June 9) on a man’s body found Friday (June 5) under Nanue Bridge in Umauma has determined that he died from injuries consistent with a fall from a height.

Detectives have ruled out foul play.

The decedent was identified as 54-year-old Patrick Dacayanan of Hilo.
