Hawaiʻi Island police have charged the 22-year-old Honomū man who was arrested Wednesday (July 8) for escape.

At 2:45 p.m. Thursday (July 9), Dillon Revilla was charged with second-degree escape and three firearms offenses. His bail was set at $37,000.

He remains at the Hilo police cellblock pending his initial court appearance scheduled for Friday (July 10).
