Hawaiʻi Island Police arrested 28-year-old Alvin C. Haili-Barawis yesterday, (July 10), at 1:30 p.m. in Kona.

He was charged for his two bench warrants totaling $100,000 and also arrested and charged for resisting arrest

He makes his court this morning, (July 11).
