Hawaiʻi Island police are asking for the public’s help for any witnesses or information relative to an incident that occurred on Wednesday, (August 30), between 3:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m., at Carlsmith Beach Park (Hilo). A black 2011 Hyundai sedan was severely damaged while it was parked and unattended in the parking lot near the bathrooms.
Anyone who may have information about this incident is asked to call the Police Department’s non-emergency line at (808) 935-3311 or contact Officer Aaron Kaeo of the South Hilo Patrol at (808) 961-2203.
