Hawaiʻi Island police have located and arrested Peter E. Fuerte on (September 27), at 5:40 p.m. in South Kona without incident.

Fuerte is wanted on multiple outstanding bench warrants for contempt of court and questioning in connection with an unauthorized control of a propelled vehicle investigation.
