Hawaii County police are asking the public's help in locating a missing Hilo man.

He is identified as Adam Paglinawan, 29, of King Avenue in Hilo. He is also known as Sid Paglinawan.

Paglinawan is described as Filipino, about 5-foot-6, approximately 210 pounds with brown eyes and a dark complexion. He usually sports a shaved head and a goatee. He is reported to be operating a gold 1988 Honda Civic two-door sedan with license plate HJP-044.

He was last seen at the Wailoa Boat ramp in Hilo on Thursday (August 16) shortly before 7:00 p.m.

Police ask anyone with information on his whereabouts to call the police at 935-3311.
