Police are looking for 26-year-old Joshua Labrador, last known to reside in Puna. He is described as approximately 5-foot-6, 230 pounds, with a heavy build, brown eyes and short brown hair (in contrast to the mug shot above taken in 2001).
Arrested for second-degree assault were 28-year-old Jarrett Labrador and 25-year-old Shane Pacarro, both of Puna. A 33-year-old male patron of the drinking establishment sustained multiple fractures to his lower jaw during the fracas. The victim's 40-year-old sister was also struck and sustained a deep laceration to her face.

On Monday afternoon (January 28), police charged Jarrett Labrador with third-degree assault as well as disorderly conduct. He was released after posting $300 bail. That same day, Pacarro was released pending further investigation.
Detectives with the Criminal Investigations Section are continuing this investigation.
