Paul M. Fukuda, detective, Criminal Investigations Section, Area I

Alan M. Kimura, detective, Internal Affairs Unit

BJ Duarte, detective, Criminal Investigations Section, Area I

Walter K. Ah Mow III, detective, Criminal Investigations Section, Area II

Marjorie-Ann L. Kahookele, detective, Vice Section, Area II

The promotions take effect on October 16.
