You are invited to meet the Hawaiʻi Police Department’s leaders at meetings held at rotating locations throughout the eight police districts on the Big Island.
The purpose of the meetings is to allow you to become acquainted with the Police Department’s command staff and to discuss concerns with the police chief and commanders who oversee police operations in the district in which the meeting is held.
To aid police in focusing on specific community concerns, we ask that participation be limited to persons who live or work in the police district where the meeting takes place.
The next meeting will be in North Kohala on Tuesday, May 15, from noon to 2 p.m. at the Kohala Intergenerational Center.
