GENERAL ORDER NO.
104
I. PURPOSE
To provide for contact of departmental employees in emergency situations or deployment.
II. TELEPHONE NUMBER/ADDRESS
A. Employees shall provide a telephone number where they can be contacted in the event of emergency situations or deployment.
B. Employees shall provide a current residence and mailing address to the Personnel Officer.
C. All telephone numbers and addresses of employees shall be recorded with the Personnel Officer, district or division commands, and Central Dispatch.
III. CHANGES
A. In accordance with General Order 103, Section V (B), any changes of telephone number or address shall be forwarded by the member to the Personnel Officer on the Change of Status form.
B. A copy of the Change of Status form will be sent to Central Dispatch.
IV. RELEASE OF INFORMATION
VICTOR V. VIERRAEmployees shall not release the telephone number or address of department personnel to the general public without the member's permission.
