A suspect in a home invasion robbery, a man charged with negligent homicide and a missing woman will be featured on the next edition of the Crime Stoppers television program "Hawaii Island’s Most Wanted."
The new episode starts airing Friday, August 17. In it, police ask for the public’s help in locating 44-year-old Harry Hose, who is suspected in a home invasion robbery on June 26. A 15-year-old girl was home alone when a local male confronted her, prevented her from leaving and took medical marijuana plants from a rural property in South Kona.
The television show also asks for the public’s help in locating 35-year-old Kimberly Ann Cardarella of Kalapana who has been missing since July 27.
"Hawaii Island’s Most Wanted," which was prerecorded, also asks for the public’s help in finding 50-year-old Raymond Berry, who was wanted on a bench warrant for negligent injury and for causing an accident involving serious injury. Berry man has since turned himself in to police.
The TV program’s host, Major Jay Enanoria, asks anyone with information about any of the wanted or missing persons to call the police department’s non-emergency number at 935-3311, or Crime Stoppers at 961-8300 in Hilo and 329-8181 in Kona. All Crime Stoppers calls are kept confidential. Crime Stoppers does not tape record phone calls or subscribe to caller ID.
"Hawaii Island’s Most Wanted" is a project of Crime Stoppers Hilo, Inc., which is a partnership of the business community, the media and the police. It was inspired by the national TV show, "America’s Most Wanted."
The program airs on Oceanic Time Warner’s public access Channel 54 on Sundays at 5 p.m. and Fridays at 5:30 p.m. It also airs intermittently on Channel 53.
