Major Jay Enanoria hosts "Hawaii Island’s Most Wanted."

MEDIA RELEASE (CORRECTION)

A new television program, "Hawaii Island’s Most Wanted," debuts Friday, February 16, on public access cable television.

The Hawaii Police Department’s Website erroneously reported last Friday that the program was to start Sunday.

"Hawaii’s Most Wanted" will air on Oceanic Time Warner Cable’s public access channel 54 on Fridays at 5:30 p.m. and Sundays at 5 p.m. It will also air intermittently on channel 53.

In the program, the show’s host, Major Jay Enanoria, asks for the public’s help in locating individuals wanted by the Hawaii Police Department. The program is inspired by the national TV show "America’s Most Wanted."

"Hawaii Island’s Most Wanted" is a project of Crime Stoppers Hilo, Inc., a partnership of the business community, the media and the Police Department.
