Rules are as follows:

· Drawings must be submitted on 8 ½” x 11″ paper.
· Artists must use nothing but pencils, crayons, or colored pens for their entries.
· Entries depicting nudity, sex, drugs, or vulgar language will disqualified as inappropriate.
· Entries using tracing of an established drawing also will be disqualified.
· All entries will become the property of HI-PAL and will not be returned.

The deadline for submission is June 16, 2006. All acceptable entries will be on display at Prince Kuhio Plaza on June 17 and 18, 2006.
