Big Island police are looking for a 15-year-old boy who has been missing from his Hilo residence since December 23, 1999.
The missing boy is Richard Oili-Sanchez. Oili-Sanchez is described as being of Hawaiian descent, being 5-feet-2 in height, weighing about 110 pounds and having short curly brown hair and brown eyes.
Anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to call Detective John Acheta of the Juvenile Aid Section at 961-2276 or the police emergency number at 935-3311.
