The Hawaiʻi Police Department reminds the public that some areas along Kalanianaʻole Avenue in Keaukaha are designated as “No Parking” zones. These area are designed to allow emergency vehicles access to assist the public.
During this summer season, the number of beach goers is expected to increase, leading to a potential parking shortage. Police ask the public to take extra care not to park where signs prohibit parking. Officers will issue citations for violations.
With your kokua, we can all have a safe and fun-filled summer.
The public may direct inquiries to the Community Policing office at 961-8121.
