Hawaiʻi Island police have located 32-year-old Matthew Keoni Tilfas of Pāhoa, who was wanted on three warrants.
Tilfas was arrested Thursday (August 22) during a warrants sweep and charged with failure to appear, contempt of court and violating release on bail.
