MEDIA RELEASE

The Big Island Police Department is looking for a 14 year old girl reported missing from her home in Pahoa, since July 9, 2005. She is Malia Roshana Leigh Madeira.

Medeira is described as Caucasian, being about 5-foot-6 in height, weighing about 115 pounds, slim build, with brown hair, and hazel eyes.

Anyone with information about her whereabouts should contact Officer Peter Kualii, of the Hilo Juvenile Aid Section, at 961-2373, or the police non-emergency telephone number at 935-3311.
