Police Seek Help in Solving Farm Theft 11-13-00

Police are seeking the public’s help in solving the theft of fruit from a farm in Papaikou, South Hilo.

Investigating officers determined that sometime between Wednesday (November 8, 2000) and Friday, a thief or thieves stole about 150 pounds of rambutan.

Anyone with information about the theft is asked to call Officer Derek Morimoto of the South Hilo Patrol at 961-2213 or the police non-emergency number at 935-3311.
