Big Island police are requesting the public’s help in finding a stolen all-terrain vehicle taken from an area above Naalahu in Ka’u earlier this month.
The ATV is described as a Honda Foreman with the serial number 478TE2208Y4115191. The engine number is 8192108.
Police said the ATV was originally painted yellow, but might have been repainted since it was stolen. It was possibly seen in the Pahala area of Ka’u, they said.
Anyone with information about the stolen ATV is asked to call the Ka’u police at 939-2520 or the police non-emergency number at 935-3311.

Callers will be given a coded number and their identity will remain anonymous. Callers may be eligible for a reward of up to $1,000 if their call leads to an arrest, indictment or the recovery of property. Crime Stoppers neither subscribes to “Caller ID,” nor does it record phone calls.
