Police seek witnesses to terroristic threatening incident 11-12-13

Hawaiʻi Island police have initiated a first-degree terroristic threatening case in connection with a confrontation early Monday morning in Kalapana.
The incident occurred in the Seaview Front Circle Park subdivision at 3 a.m. Monday (November 11).
After the victim, a 59-year-old Kalapana woman, confronted occupants of a vehicle that was driving recklessly in front of a home on Kaliki Kai Street, she was reportedly struck by propelled objects, which hit her in the arm and hand. Fire Department rescue personnel treated her at the scene for her injuries.
Police ask anyone who has information about the vehicle or its occupants to call the Police Department’s non-emergency line at 935-3311 or contact Detective Todd Pataray at 961-2382 or email@example.com.
