Hawaiʻi Island police are searching for a 26-year-old man wanted for questioning in connection with a burglary.

On June 1, cash and electronic devices were reportedly removed from a home on the 100 block of Kimo Place in Hilo.

Detectives from the Area I Criminal Investigations Section want to question Brandon Torres, who has no permanent address but frequents Hilo. He is described as 5-foot-11, 175 pounds with brown eyes, short black hair, a mustache and goatee, and tattoos on his neck and right forearm.

Police ask anyone with information on his whereabouts to call the Police Department’s non-emergency line at 935-3311 or contact Detective John Rodrigues at 961-8222 or jrodrigues@co.hawaii.hi.us.
