Big Island police are asking for the public’s help in locating a 31-year-old man wanted in connection with a domestic violence investigation reported on July 9.

Michael M. Coyaso is described as 6-feet tall, about 180 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. He may have a mustache and a beard.

Police ask that anyone with information on his whereabouts call Detective Daylan Asuncion at 961-8843 or the Police Department’s non-emergency line at 935-3311. Tipsters who prefer to remain anonymous may call Crime Stoppers at 961-8300 in Hilo or 329-8181 in Kona. All Crime Stoppers information is kept confidential.
