Hawaiʻi Island police are searching for a 33-year-old Puna man who is wanted on six outstanding bench warrants.

Ronald Kong of Mountain View is wanted on four counts of contempt of court and two counts of failure to appear. He is also wanted for questioning in connection with other investigations. He is described as 5-foot-9, 190 pounds with brown eyes and brown hair.

Police caution anyone who sees him not to approach him, as he may be armed and dangerous. Instead, anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call the Police Department’s non-emergency line at 935-3311.

Tipsters who prefer to remain anonymous may call the islandwide Crime Stoppers number at 961-8300 and may be eligible for a reward of up to $1,000.
