Hawaiʻi Island police are searching for a 20-year-old Puna man, who was reported as an escapee from Hale Nani correctional facility.

Railee Keoni Santos was last seen at the correctional facility on Monday (February 16) at about 7:30 p.m.

He is described as 5-foot-5, 115 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. He had a tattoo of the word “Respect” on his left forearm and tribal type tattoo on his right forearm.

Police ask anyone with information on his whereabouts to call the Police Department’s non-emergency line at 935-3311.

Tipsters who prefer to remain anonymous may call the islandwide Crime Stoppers number at 961-8300 and may be eligible for a reward of up to $1,000.
