Hawaiʻi Island Police are requesting the public’s assistance in locating 53-year-old Roberto Martinez Cebreros of Ocean View who is wanted for questioning relative to a sexual assault investigation.
He is described as being 5-feet-6-inches, 180 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
