Hawaiʻi Island Police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Gilbert DeSa who is wanted on an outstanding warrant. He is described as 5-feet-8-inches, weighing about 150 pounds with dyed “Ehu”, or white hair.
DeSa was last known to be in the Puna and Hilo areas.
