Hawaiʻi Island police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating 27-year-old Evelyn Higgins of Keaʻau, who was reported missing. 

Higgins was last seen on Tuesday, January 24, 2023, at 8:00 a.m. in the Hawaiian Paradise Park subdivision in Keaʻau observed wearing a black knee-high dress.

She is described as Caucasian with a fair complexion, 5 feet 2 inches tall, 125 pounds, with light brown hair with highlights and green eyes.

Police ask anyone with information on Higginsʻ whereabouts to call the police department’s non-emergency line at (808) 935-3311, attention Officer Dustin Medeiros.
