Hawai’i Island Police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a female individual who is wanted on an outstanding warrant for Contempt of Court, as well as for questioning relative to an unrelated criminal investigation that occurred on November 1, 2019 in the Pāhoa area.
The individual is identified as 23-year-old Jaysha S. Arnold. She is approximately 5-feet-5 inches tall, approximately 150 pounds, with black hair, and hazel eyes.
