Hawai‘i Island police report that two teens previously reported as runaways, were found in good health. Seventeen-year-old Jessiah Sablan-Cruz, was located in Hilo on Monday, February 13, 2023, (Report #: 23-005042). Fifteen-year-old Mary Costner was located on Oahu, in October 2022, by Honolulu Police Department (Report # 22-069873).
