Hawai‘i Island police are renewing their request for the public’s assistance in locating 24-year-old Kelia Dallas Armstrong of Pāhoa, who escaped police custody shortly after being arrested two weeks ago.

Last seen in Pahoa at 11:45 a.m. on the morning of February 15, 2021, Armstrong is wanted for an outstanding warrant, as well as terroristic threatening, theft, and escape.

She is described as having a fair complexion, 5’-1” tall, 110 pounds, with long blonde straight hair and blue eyes. Armstrong was last seen wearing a bluish-green sport top and black spandex-type pants.
