Hawai‘i Island police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating two runaway sisters, 13-year-old Raisha Mcnamara, and 16-year-old Rashanti Mcnamara, who were both reported as runaways. Raisha Mcnamara is considered a missing endangered child due to her age.

Both sisters were last seen on Sunday, July 9, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. on Kahakai Boulevard near the intersection of Akule Street in Pāhoa. Rashanti was wearing blue jeans and a dark jacket, and also had a maroon backpack. Raisha was wearing blue jeans, a black shirt, dark jacket, and also had a backpack.

Rashanti is described as local with a tan complexion, 5 feet 2 inches tall, 130 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Raisha is described as local with a tan complexion, 5 feet 1 inches tall, 140 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
