There will be a temporary one-way traffic pattern along a portion of Haili Street in Hilo on Monday, September 11, 2023, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., to accommodate the Department of Water Supply replacement of the Water Service Lateral at 112 Haili Street.
Traffic will be allowed to flow in the makai, or northerly, direction on Haili Street between Kino‘ole Street and Keawe Street.
