Hawai’i Island police would like to thank the public for their assistance in locating Dorajean Nihoa and Joseph Keka, who both reached out to police in regard to this investigation.

Additionally, the original media release should have read:

Hawai’i Island police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating 57-year-old Dorajean Nihoa of Hilo and 60-year-old Joseph Keka of Kona.

Both are wanted for questioning regarding a missing person investigation that occurred in Ocean View in November 2019. Nihoa also has an outstanding unrelated warrant.

Nihoa is described as a local female, 5 feet 2 inches tall, 200 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. Keka is described as a local male, 5 feet 8 inches tall, 275 pounds, with gray hair and brown eyes.
