Media Release (clarifies when arrested in 2nd paragraph)
Police have located 30-year-old Derek S.K. Fontes, who was wanted on two arrest warrants for violating probation and three bench warrants.
Fontes, who is being featured this month on “Hawaiʻi Island’s Most Wanted” was arrested by Kauai police on Kauai Friday morning (January 13) and charged with the five warrants after Big Island police received a Crime Stoppers tip.
Police thank the public for their assistance.
