The Hawaii Isle Police Activities League is sponsoring its fifth Annual HI-PAL 8 and Under Basketball Jam to be held September 27-29, 2002, in Hilo.
The tournament will be limited to the first 12 teams. Teams in the advance level who are interested in participating are urged to call the HI-PAL office.
All games will be played in the Papaikou gym. The format of the tournament will be pool play, and the top two teams in each bracket will advance to a single elimination tournament. Awards will be presented on Sunday, September 29.
