The Hawaii Isle Police Activities League is sponsoring its fourth Annual HI-PAL 8 and Under Basketball Jam, to be held October 5-7, 2001, in Hilo.
Teams in the advanced level interested in taking part are urged to call the HI-PAL office at 961-2219 or 961-2220. The tournament will be limited to the first 16 teams to sign up.
All games will be played at the Boys and Girls Club. The tournament format will be pool play, and the top two teams in each bracket will advance to a single elimination tournament. Awards will be presented on Sunday, October 7, 2001.
