An unknown man with a flashlight was observed on surveillance video on November 28 sometime after 4 a.m. He was wearing a ball cap, jacket, shorts and a backpack.

Police ask anyone who knows his identity or the whereabouts of the ATV to call the Police Department’s non-emergency line at 935-3311.
