Three adults were arrested for drug offenses at a Waikoloa home Wednesday morning (June 1).

At 10:21 a.m., investigators from the Area II Vice Section served a search warrant at a Manuaihue Place residence where they recovered smoking pipes and zip packets containing crystal methamphetamine residue, a digital weighing scale, a minute amount of marijuana, and narcotic related paraphernalia.

Two men, 56 year-old William Lee Moore and 41 year-old Robert Shevlin, and a 49 year-old woman, Albina Labrador, all of Waikoloa, were arrested.

After conferring with prosecutors, police charged the two males and released Labrador without charges on Wednesday evening.

Moore was charged with one count of methamphetamine trafficking, one count of promoting dangerous drugs, one count of promoting detrimental drugs, and two counts of drug paraphernalia. His bail was set at $80,250. In addition, he was held on a $50,000 warrant of arrest.

Shevlin was charged with one count of promoting a dangerous drug and drug paraphernalia. His bail was set at $4,000. In addition, he was held on three criminal contempt of court warrants for which there was no bail set for one.

Both men were held at the Kealakehe Police Station pending an initial court appearance Thursday  morning (June 2).
