The Hawai’i Isle Police Activities League (HI-PAL). in collaboration with Ben Pana and the Keaukaha Community Association’s athletics program, will hold the Third Annual “Halloween Havoc” 3-on-3 Basketball Tournament at the Kawananakoa gymnasium in Keaukaha from October 23-25.

Team registration is open to the first 10 teams in the following age divisions:

  • 5-6
  • 7-8
  • 9-10
  • 11-12
  • 13-14
  • Girls 10-12
  • Girls 13-14

Event packets may be picked up at the HI-PAl office, located at the Hilo police station, or by making arrangements with HI-PAL’s East Hawaii Coordinator, Officer Joseph Botelho Jr.

Coaches interested in entering teams are encouraged to turn in their rosters, from the event packets, as soon as possible. The deadline to register is October 16.
