Media Release

The Hawaiʻi Police Activities League (HI-PAL) will not be rescheduling the second day of the Halloween Havoc No. 6 3-on-3 Basketball Tournament in Keaukaha. The second day of this tournament became the victim of the tsunami warning on October 27.
