The Hawaiʻi Police Department would like to remind all motorists of the July 4th festivities road closures.

Bayfront Highway (Route 19), from Waianuenue Avenue to Pauahi Street

  • Closed July 4th from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Alternate route is on Kamehameha Avenue.

Lihiwai Place

  • Closed July 4th from 2:00 a.m. to July 5th 10:00 a.m.

Kumu Street and Bishop Street

  • Closed July 3rd from 3:00 a.m. to July 4th 10:00 p.m.
