Media Release

Police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing 18-year-old Keaau man.

Daniel P. Kapumau was last seen on Sunday (April 8) at about 4:00 p.m., at a relative’s residence and left the residence following an argument.

Kapumau is described as part Hawaiian, about 5’10”, weighing about 146 lbs., thin build with a fair complexion.  He has wavy brown hair and brown eyes. Kapumau was last seen wearing black surfer shorts.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Kapumau is asked to call Detective Norbert Serrao Jr., of the Criminal Investigation Section at 961-2383 or email at nserrao@co.hawaii.hi.us
