Police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a 15 year-old Hilo girl reported missing on Monday. (July 2, 2012)

Hannah Haus is described as caucasian, about 5’ tall, weighing about 140 pounds and average build. She now has partially shaved black hair with long bangs. Haus is known to wear prescription glasses with dark trim. She was last seen at her residence on Kaiwiki Road in Hilo on July 1, 2012 at about 9:00 pm.

Haus has a medical condition that requires medication.

Police ask that anyone with information on her whereabouts call Detective Derek Morimoto at 961-2380 or email him at dmorimoto@co.hawaii.hi.us., or call the Police Department’s non-emergency line at 935-3311.

Tipsters who prefer to remain anonymous may call Crime Stoppers at 961-8300 in Hilo or 329-8181 in Kona.
