The Hawai’i Police Department is searching for a 14-year-old girl reported as missing from Hilo since October 10.

Puanani Leilani Vierra, is described as, 4-foot-11, about 90 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. Vierra visited the island of Oahu and was last seen in the Waianae area.

Police ask that anyone with information on her whereabouts call the Police Department’s non-emergency line at 935-3311. Tipsters who prefer to remain anonymous may call Crime Stoppers at 961-8300 in Hilo or 329-8181 in Kona. All Crime Stoppers information is kept confidential.
