The Hawai’i Police Department is investigating a burglary over the weekend at Ka’ū High School.

One or more individuals forced entry into a classroom sometime between 4:30 p.m. Friday (October 16) and 7:30 a.m. Monday (October 19) and stole nine black Lenovo laptop computers valued at $4,491.

Police ask that anyone with information about this case call the Police Department’s non-emergency line at 935-3311. Tipsters who prefer to remain anonymous may call Crime Stoppers at 961-8300 in Hilo or 329-8181 in Kona. All Crime Stoppers information is kept confidential.
