Big Island police are asking for the public’s help in locating 35-year-old Tanya Kuahuia, who frequents Ho’okena and Hawaiian Ocean View Estates.

Officers want to question her as a witness to a traffic collision.

Kuahuia is described as Hawaiian, 5-foot-8, 160 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.

Police ask anyone with information on her whereabouts to call the Police Department’s non-emergency line at 935-3311 or Officer Thomas Koyanagi at 326-4646, extension 229.

Tipsters who prefer to remain anonymous may call Crime Stoppers at 961-8300 in Hilo or 329-8181 in Kona. All Crime Stoppers information is kept confidential.
