Media Release

The Hawai’i Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a 49-year-old woman wanted for abuse of a family/household member, criminal property damage and violating a court order.

Myrna Theresa Thomas is described as part Hawaiian, 5-foot-5, about 140 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. She has no permanent address but is known to frequent the Ali’i Drive area of Kona.

Police ask that anyone with information on her whereabouts call the Police Department’s non-emergency line at 935-3311. Tipsters who prefer to remain anonymous may call Crime Stoppers at 961-8300 in Hilo or 329-8181 in Kona. All Crime Stoppers information is kept confidential.
