The Hawaii County Police Department is looking for a 16-year-old boy reported missing from his Hilo residence since October 19, 2001.

The youth was identified as Manuel Subica. He is described as being a local male, being 6-feet-1 in height, weighing about 175 pounds, having close cut hair, or nearly bald, and having brown eyes.

Anyone with information about Subica’s whereabouts is asked to call Officer Peter Kualii of the Hilo Juvenile Aid Section at 961-2373, or the police non-emergency telephone number at 935-3311.

Those who wish to remain anonymous may call Crime Stoppers at 961-8300 in Hilo or 329-8181 in Kona. All Crime Stoppers information is kept strictly confidential.
